The Sandoval County Treasurer’s Office is sponsoring its third annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Partnering up with the Nacimiento Community Foundation. This food drive will collect items between October 16 and November 17, 2023, for local Sandoval County residents who need a little extra help around the holidays. Distribution of these items will take place November 20, 2023, via a drive-through program at the Checkerboard Food Pantry.
Cans or boxes of nonperishable food items will be graciously accepted at one of the donation sites listed below. In addition, if anyone would like to donate a turkey(s), please bring them to the Sandoval County Administration building on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. so that they can be delivered to the Sandoval County Fair Grounds on the day of the Thanksgiving food distribution. Your donations are greatly appreciated!
