On Saturday, October 21, 2023, Bernalillo Public Schools will be hosting a community Harvest Festival from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Bernalillo High School. It is considered an official school day for students, but BPS families and community members are invited to attend, wear their Halloween costume and enjoy the festivities. Some of the festivities include:

● Hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) activities for the students
● Super Fun Game Booths & Prizes
● Trunk-or-Treat for the kids
● Entertainment & Festive Food
● Farmers Market
● Arts & Crafts
● Petting Zoo
● Car Show

The Trunk-or-Treat will also be a competition for the best decorated trunk. Families and community members are invited to participate by decorating the trunk of their cars and handing out candy to children. (Please plan to bring enough candy for 2000 children.) The children will walk by the decorated car and Trunk-or-Treat. The Bernalillo School Board will be judging and choosing the winner of the best decorated trunk!

● Set–Up Time: 7:30 – 10:30 AM
● Trunk-or-Treat Time: 12:00 – 1:30 PM
